3 Ballerina Tea

This is one of many slimming teas on the market, and serves as a laxative/diuretic. It is a caffeine-free green tea, containing no chemical additives. The product comes in a green box, with 3 Ballerinas on the front.

Unlike some other slimming teas (Smooth Move tea, for example) 3 Ballerina tea can be enjoyed at any time of the day, up to a maximum of 3 times each day. Not all slimming teas are the same, so be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully.

3 Ballerina Tea

This tea has been enjoyed for centuries, and is made from natural herbs based on an old Chinese book of medicine. It is described by some as ‘grass flavored’, and is enjoyed hot or cold. It is recommended to drink it after meals. Start with one cup per day, and increase to a maximum of 3 cups per day if needed. Steep one bag for 2-3 minutes, covered.

This Green Tea is one of the most popular types of the Ballerina green tea series. It is used as a remedy for weight problems and to alleviate constipation. Many feel that it serves well as a detox tea, working to flush the body of toxins. It also has a soothing, relaxing and calming effect for many of its drinkers. It also leaves many with the pleasant feeling of being ‘cleansed from the inside out’.

PMDD sufferers have begun to rave about it and its aid in helping them to shed excess water and alleviate discomfort and bloating at the time of their period. PMDD symptoms feel more manageable for some users, especially in relieving severe water retention and constipation.

3 Ballerina Tea

This tea is a natural, herbal tea, but must still be treated as a medicine, and respected as such. It is not suitable for use by everyone, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, or those taking certain medications or suffering from certain medical conditions. Always read the packaging carefully and consult your doctor before starting any new diet regime, including the use of slimming tea.

Of course everyone’s body chemistry is different, and may react to 3 Ballerina tea differently. Most people find it produces a bowel movement within 2-16 hours. Some people experience multiple bowel movements within the first one or two days of use.

3 Ballerina Tea Dieter’s Drink contains Senna and Chinese Mallow. Senna is the primary ingredient in most slimming teas, and serves as a laxative and diuretic. Senna pods and leaves contain anthraquinones, which are powerful laxatives, and must be used as directed. It is meant to be used for up to one week, as habitual use can create dependency.

Senna (Cassia Angustifolia) acts on the lower bowel, causing the bowel to contract. Hence, users can expect to feel some mild cramping, indicating the tea at work in your body, and will soon act to alleviate your constipation. Over dose and over use can cause severe cramping and abdominal pain, so always use as directed.

Further, it also contains Chinese Mallow (Malva Verticellate). This plant flowers from July to September, and its seeds ripen from August to October. The leaves and seeds are edible, the seeds being used to treat fluid retention.

Slimming tea does not replace healthy eating and exercise. Make sure to get enough fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, and always drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Why not see if 3 Ballerina can work for you to relieve the discomfort of constipation and bloating, or as a great kickstart to a new diet, and a healthier and happier you!
